Any damaged or defective purchases a customer receives from Global Products Group are eligible for replacement or customer reimbursement at the company’s discretion when the customer notifies Global Products Group within 21 calendar days after receipt of the item. Please email to obtain a return confirmation number for damaged or defective items and instructions on how to complete the return. NOTE: Items returned without a return confirmation number WILL NOT be refunded or replaced.
Because our items are offered in fixed quantities, we DO NOT accept product returns for buyer’s remorse on white label supplements dropship or other products. We apologize for any inconvenience.
